ICSF Select6 - Thiết bị trợ dung phản lực chọn lọc cho hàn sóng và hàn chọn lọc PCB
Trong quy trình hàn điện tử, flux đóng vai trò hỗ trợ làm sạch bề mặt, cải thiện khả năng thấm ướt và giúp mối hàn hình thành ổn định hơn. Tuy nhiên, nếu lượng flux không được kiểm soát tốt, bo mạch có thể gặp các vấn đề như dư lượng nhiều, bẩn bề mặt, ăn mòn tiềm ẩn, lỗi hàn, giảm độ tin cậy hoặc phát sinh lỗi sau sản xuất.
ICSF Select6 giúp đưa flux đến đúng vị trí cần thiết bằng công nghệ phản lực chọn lọc. Thay vì phun phủ rộng như các phương pháp truyền thống, thiết bị có thể lập trình theo điểm, đường, nhiều đường hoặc khu vực, giúp kỹ sư kiểm soát chính xác lượng flux cho từng vùng trên PCB.
Với bo mạch điện tử hiện đại, khoảng cách linh kiện ngày càng nhỏ, mật độ lắp ráp cao và yêu cầu độ tin cậy ngày càng khắt khe. Việc sử dụng flux quá nhiều hoặc không đúng vị trí có thể làm tăng nguy cơ tồn dư, ảnh hưởng đến độ sạch bề mặt PCB, chất lượng mối hàn và độ bền lâu dài của sản phẩm.
Trong các quy trình không chì, cửa sổ quy trình thường hẹp hơn, nhiệt độ hàn cao hơn và yêu cầu kiểm soát ổn định hơn. Thiết bị trợ dung chọn lọc giúp nhà máy tối ưu lượng flux, giảm lãng phí hóa chất, giảm nhu cầu vệ sinh sau hàn và hỗ trợ duy trì chất lượng mối hàn ổn định trong sản xuất hàng loạt.
ICSF Select6 is a selective jet fluxing system designed for wave soldering and selective soldering processes in electronics manufacturing.

Máy trợ dung phản lực chọn lọc mang tính cách mạng được thiết kế để kiểm soát lượng từ thông cho từng mối hàn mà không làm mất khả năng duy trì thời gian chu kỳ cần thiết theo yêu cầu của các quy trình hàn sóng. Công nghệ Jet được sử dụng thay thế hoàn toàn nhu cầu của công nghệ phun. Do đó, ICSF-Select cung cấp khả năng kiểm soát Quy trình Thông lượng Toàn diện cần thiết cho các yêu cầu hàn phức tạp và khắt khe hơn hiện nay, đặc biệt là các quy trình không có chì. Khả năng lập trình các điểm, đường, nhiều đường, khu vực cho phép kỹ sư quyết định lượng thông lượng/áp suất cần thiết cho các mối hàn nhất định cho đến các khu vực hoàn chỉnh. Khả năng này mở ra cửa sổ quy trình mà không gây rủi ro dư thừa chất trợ dung. Nhờ tốc độ chuyển động XY lên tới 1.500 mm/s, thời gian chu kỳ sẽ đạt tiêu chuẩn cần thiết cho sản xuất hàng loạt hàn sóng.
