BioCapt Single-Use là đầu lấy mẫu vi sinh dùng một lần của Particle Measuring Systems – PMS, được thiết kế để thu thập vi sinh vật khả thi trong không khí phòng sạch. Sản phẩm được dùng cùng các thiết bị lấy mẫu vi sinh chủ động như MiniCapt Mobile, MiniCapt Pro hoặc các hệ thống giám sát vi sinh phù hợp.
Điểm khác biệt lớn của BioCapt Single-Use là thiết kế dùng một lần, giúp loại bỏ nhiều thao tác xử lý đầu lấy mẫu inox truyền thống như vệ sinh, khử trùng, hấp tiệt trùng, vận chuyển sau hấp, bảo quản sau tiệt trùng và kiểm soát rủi ro nhiễm bẩn trong quá trình thao tác.
Trong sản xuất vô trùng, giám sát vi sinh trong không khí là một phần quan trọng của chương trình kiểm soát nhiễm bẩn. Các thao tác đưa đĩa thạch vào khu vực sản xuất, lắp đầu lấy mẫu, tháo đĩa, rút đĩa khỏi khu vực critical area và xử lý đầu lấy mẫu sau khi dùng đều có thể tạo ra rủi ro nhiễm bẩn hoặc dương tính giả nếu không được kiểm soát tốt.

The 25 LPM device continues to recover microorganisms under stressed conditions after two hours of continuous air sampling, thereby reducing the number of plate changes required for continuous air sampling.
